Shipping policy

Items will take up to 4-6 days business days for basic packages <2kg to be delivered to the letterbox. For item carts >2kg will be sent via speed post delivery for 3-4 business days (excluding weekends). 

Local and international costs are based on the rate from Singpost. Shipping Fees have been included in the total cost during check out. 

For local & international shipping, all product damage or missing during mode of transportation will not be liable towards Team Morale. However, Team Morale will do our best to investigate the case to provide the next course of action such as refunds, exchange or compensation.
